Hitting all the same talking points as always. "On the Rox" by Steeler has probly one of the most killer Steen solos ever. He's got so many awesome solos but Soldier Without Faith, Broken Glass, and Now Is The Time are my current favorites. Check out Time Travel by Rob Marcello

Hes extremly likable person.

He has been an innovator and is an amazing talent. His stuff got to stale and gets old listening to just the scaleular up and down, arpeggio driven compositions and bad recordings as time goes, he really could be better with a producers and others contributing.

After Perpetual Flame (some might say way before that álbum... Anyway...) his music has become dull, boring, lacks dynamics... You name it... His answers are the same bs all over and over again... My fav albums: Trilogy, Odyssey, Eclipse and Attack!!

The problem is that the finished product is mostly unlistenable since he dropped producers. His 90's stuff was pristine as far as recording quality. The 80's stuff that actually had some catchy vocal tunes he's altogether abandoned live in lieu of the same tired few.

Yngwie's honesty is fresh air in an industry of friendly backstabbers. He is a soloist and like Zappa, wants things done his way. Nothing wrong with that. At least he is not pretending like 90% of classic rock / metal bands. Long live Malmsteen, he MADE IT and escaped the hellhole. MORE IS MORE :)

I love Yngwie! He was one of the few guitar gods that was genuinely friendly towards me after the show when he signed my guitar (facing the animal tour) at Stingrays in NJ 1999. But I really wish he would collaborate with Jeff Scott Soto and Doogie White again! 🙏🇺🇸 🎸 And Yngwie is a Great American Patriot too! ❤️ FYI Frank Marino was an a**hole, he wouldn't even come out. His wife came to the door and took our guitars to be signed in a back room! 🤦‍♂️ And George Lynch was a total a**hole. I should have crumpled it up and thrown it back in his face! LOL. Don DOKKEN was Awesome! He was sitting by himself with two beautiful women and invited me over to talk. 👍 Lastly, Ace Frehley was the biggest sc*mbag! I was wearing my KISS shirt at 7-ELEVEN and he looked down at me and said, "So what, do you want an autograph or something?" I just said, "no, that's ok" Sadly, when I was 10 years old, Ace was always my favorite. Hurray for YNGWIE 🎉
